One of a kind jewelry and gemstones are all designed by Bryan D. Drummond. Almost all pieces (excluding mineral specimens, wall prints, and apparel) are also created in-house by Bryan, with love and intention.

If you are not satisfied with the item that you purchased in the online store www.drummondgems.com, please contact bryan@drummondgems.com within 5 days of receiving the item so he can address your concerns and craft a solution.

 

If your return request is approved, you will have 5 days from approval to mail back the item at your own expense. Any potential exceptions to the return policy are subject to a 20% restocking fee upon approval. 

 

We highly recommend all gemstones and jewelry are shipped fully insured and with tracking, as we cannot be responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged in return transit.

 

Duties/Customs fees for International Orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
