This "Blue Lotus" pendant is from my BLOOM series. Each piece in this series features a fully functioning mechanical iris/aperture mechanism that blossoms open to reveal the centerstone, in this case a bright Topaz. The pendant was designed, engineered, and crafted in house from a variety of fine metals and gems: Blue Topaz, Blue and White Sapphire, Vitreous Enamel, Blue Zircon, Aquamarine,  14K gold, and Sterling Silver. There are 31 individual components assembled in this construction.
