This piece of rough comes from the very desirable and world renowned Medina Mining area in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Approx. 50% of this stone is clean and facetable. An estimated 15ct-20ct clean gemstone can be yielded from this piece of rough. This stone displays a nice pure blue with little to no green present.
